Abstract

A virus called Coronavirus also called Covid-19 has taken hold of the entire earth. The virus has spread to such an enormous extent that the World Health Organization (WHO) has declared it to be a global pandemic and all the countries around the world went into lockdown to stop the spread of the virus. The global economy suffer greatly as a result of the shutdown. The Indian industry must bear a significant economic burden and suffer severe consequences in the face of the country's deteriorating economic status as a result of the coronavirus. The present study focused on the effects of covid-19 on various sectors of the Indian economy, to identify reasons for which India can benefit in the post-pandemic period, and, most importantly, to identify company/enterprise/business survivability methods that can help businesses survive and thrive in this difficult environment.
