Abstract

The media is the most crucial component for information diffusion. The media's role in moulding public opinion on important issues has grown more important for the smooth functioning of democracy. Because it is not a non-state entity focused at defending people, the media is referred to as the fourth estate. Because all types of media have their own set of followers, they work together to achieve better government. In a democratic society, the media's active and alert engagement is critical.
