Abstract

Getting a job is among the most incredible goals that most people aspire to achieve. However, the last two years have changed employees' perspective and approach to work. Employees are now more motivated than ever to determine where and when to work. They want to be compensated based on the value rather than on the volume of their work, and they want to be given the trust and space to deliver (Harvard Business Review, 2022).
