It has been widely noticed that the practices of the employer and teamwork are the primary motivators for employees. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in numerous changes, including the requirement for IT firms to maintain an effective virtual contact. The major goal of this study is to look into the factors that impacted the performance of IT employees during the Covid-19 pandemic.
